앱에서 삭제하기 (가장 빠름)
- MUFKO 앱을 열고 Google 또는 Apple 계정으로 로그인합니다.
- 설정 → 계정 → 회원 탈퇴를 누릅니다.
- 안내를 읽고 확인란을 체크한 뒤 빨간 탈퇴 버튼을 누릅니다. 즉시 처리됩니다.
삭제되는 데이터
- Google/Apple 로그인 연결 정보, 이메일, 프로필 이름(→ "Deleted user"), 프로필 이미지 연결
- 로그인 세션(모든 기기에서 로그아웃), 푸시 토큰 연결, 북마크, 알림, AI 분석 일일 사용량
- AI 분석 기록과 사용자의 연결(사용자 식별 해제)
- 글에 붙지 않은 업로드 사진(24시간 내 삭제)
- Apple 로그인: Apple 연동 토큰 철회
삭제되지 않고 남는 데이터
- 작성한 리뷰·질문·답변과 첨부 사진: 삭제되지 않으며 작성자가 '탈퇴한 사용자(Deleted user)'로 익명 표시됩니다. 남기고 싶지 않다면 탈퇴 전에 직접 삭제하세요.
- 신고 기록, 광고 보상 기록(운영·부정 방지 목적)
- 스캔 기록(숫자 ID만, 개인 식별 정보 없음)
- 법령상 보관 의무가 있는 정보(해당 기간 동안만)
앱에 접근할 수 없을 때
team@mufko.com으로 제목 "MUFKO 계정 삭제 요청"과 함께 아래를 보내 주세요.
- 가입에 사용한 로그인 방식(Google/Apple)과 해당 계정 이메일
- (가능하면) 앱에서 쓰던 닉네임
본인 확인 후 처리하고 회신합니다. 정지된 계정이라 앱에서 탈퇴할 수 없는 경우에도 이 경로를 이용하세요. Apple 사용자는 기기의 설정 → Apple ID → 로그인 및 보안 → Apple로 로그인에서도 MUFKO 연결을 끊을 수 있습니다.

Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open MUFKO and sign in with Google or Apple.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Read the notice, tick the confirmation box and tap the red delete button. It takes effect immediately.
What is deleted
Sign-in links, email, profile name (becomes "Deleted user") and avatar link; all sessions (signed out everywhere); push-token links, bookmarks, notifications and AI daily usage; the link between you and your AI analysis records; unattached uploaded photos (within 24 hours). For Apple sign-in, the Apple token is revoked.
What is kept
- Your reviews, questions, answers and their photos are not deleted. They stay, with the author shown as "Deleted user". Delete them yourself before deleting the account if you do not want them to remain.
- Report records and ad-reward records (moderation and fraud prevention).
- Scan records (numeric IDs only) and data we are required by law to keep, for the legal period only.
Can't access the app?
Email team@mufko.com with the subject "MUFKO account deletion request", the sign-in method (Google/Apple) and the account email. We verify ownership and reply once the request is processed. Suspended accounts that cannot self-delete should use this route.
