MUFKO(이하 "앱")는 할랄 식당·기도 공간 정보, 상품 바코드/성분 확인, 커뮤니티(리뷰·질문·답변) 기능을 제공합니다. 앱은 아래 개인정보를 처리합니다.
1. 수집하는 항목과 이용 목적

접속 로그(IP 등)는 서버·인프라 로그에 남을 수 있으며 관련 법령에서 정한 기간 동안만 보관합니다.
2. 보관 및 파기
- 회원 정보는 탈퇴 시까지 보관하며, 탈퇴 시 즉시 파기합니다(아래 4항).
- 로그인 세션은 30일 후 만료되고, 만료·폐기된 세션은 매일 정리되어 삭제됩니다.
- 글에 연결되지 않은 업로드 사진은 24시간 후 삭제됩니다.
- 스캔 기록은 개인을 직접 식별하지 않는 숫자 ID 형태로 보관하며, 서비스 운영 목적이 달성되면 삭제합니다.
- 법령에 따라 보존 의무가 있는 정보는 해당 기간 동안 별도 보관 후 파기합니다.
3. 제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁

위 수탁자는 국외에 서버를 둘 수 있으며, 이용자의 개인정보가 국외에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 당사는 이용자의 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다.
4. 회원 탈퇴와 게시물 처리
- 탈퇴 방법: 앱 설정 → 계정 → 회원 탈퇴. 앱에 접근할 수 없으면 team@mufko.com으로 요청하세요. 자세한 내용은 계정 삭제 안내를 참고하세요.
- 탈퇴 시 삭제·분리: 로그인 연동 정보, 이메일, 프로필 이미지 연결, 세션, 북마크, 알림, AI 사용량, 푸시 토큰 연결, AI 분석 기록과 사용자의 연결.
- 탈퇴 후에도 작성한 리뷰·질문·답변 등 게시물은 삭제되지 않으며, 작성자 정보는 '탈퇴한 사용자(Deleted user)'로 익명 처리됩니다. 삭제를 원하면 탈퇴 전에 직접 삭제해 주세요.
- 신고 기록과 광고 보상 기록은 운영·부정 방지를 위해 남을 수 있습니다.
- 같은 Google/Apple 계정으로 다시 가입하면 새로운 빈 계정이 만들어집니다.
5. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 개인정보의 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있으며(앱 내 기능 또는 이메일), 위치·카메라·사진·알림 권한은 기기 설정에서 언제든 철회할 수 있습니다. 광고 개인화는 기기의 광고 설정에서 제한할 수 있습니다.
6. 아동
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동의 가입을 의도하지 않습니다.
7. 안전성 확보 조치
전송 구간 암호화(HTTPS), 리프레시 토큰 해시 저장, Apple 토큰 암호화 저장, 접근 통제.

MUFKO (the "App") provides halal restaurant and prayer-space information, product barcode/ingredient checks, and community features (reviews, questions, answers).
1. Data we process and why
- Sign-in data: Google/Apple account identifier, email (may be an Apple private-relay address), name — to identify you and sign you in.
- Sessions and device: hashed refresh token (the raw token is not stored), app-generated device ID, platform, push token, app/OS version, language — to keep you signed in, send notifications and check app compatibility.
- Apple token: stored encrypted on our server solely to revoke the Apple link when you delete your account.
- Location (only while you use the App and only if you allow it): used to find nearby places and compute prayer times and Qibla. It is used to answer the request and is not stored against your account.
- Photos you upload (JPEG/PNG): GPS and other metadata are removed on our server before storage.
- Content you write: reviews, questions, answers, upvotes, bookmarks, reports.
- Scan and AI records: scanned barcodes and results; AI ingredient-analysis input text, results and usage counts.
- Advertising: Google AdMob collects the advertising ID and device data to show ads.
- Camera: used to scan barcodes and ingredient labels. Barcode recognition runs on your device; for AI analysis, the recognized ingredient text is sent to our server.
Server logs (such as IP addresses) may be kept only for the period required by law.
2. Retention
Account data is kept until you delete your account. Sessions expire after 30 days and expired sessions are purged daily. Uploads not attached to a post are removed after 24 hours. Scan records contain only numeric IDs and are deleted once no longer needed to operate the service. Data we are legally required to keep is retained for the legal period.
3. Sharing and processors
Amazon Web Services (hosting, database, image storage); OpenAI (AI ingredient analysis, ingredient text only, sent through our server); Google and Apple (sign-in); Google AdMob (ads); Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service (notifications). Data may be processed outside your country. We do not sell personal data.
4. Account deletion and your posts
Delete your account in the app: Settings → Account → Delete account, or email team@mufko.com. See Account deletion. We delete your sign-in links, email, sessions, bookmarks, notifications and AI usage, and unlink your push tokens and AI records. Your reviews, questions and answers are NOT deleted; they remain with the author shown as "Deleted user" (anonymized). Delete posts yourself before deleting your account if you do not want them to remain. Report records and ad-reward records may remain. Signing in again with the same Google/Apple account creates a new, empty account.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing of your data, and you can revoke location, camera, photo and notification permissions in your device settings. You can limit ad personalization in your device ad settings.
6. Children
The App is not directed to children under 14.
