there is islamic center daejeon near kaist and chungnam university and also have halal restaurants nearby.

there are a lot of uzbek brothers in chungnam. you can ask them when you arrive. they are very friendly. and regarding the prayer room, there is ICD (mosque) close to chungnam University.  And there several halal cafés nearby
