Are all cheese pizzas halal?

recently, I heard that not all cheeses are halal and that I need to be careful while eating cheese products. Does it mean all vegetarian pizzas in Papa Jhons and Pizza school which contain cheese are not permissible to eat?
yes, we should be careful with them. I recently saw muslims brothers sharing the ingredients of the pizzas in Pizza school. it says even cheese pizza contains pork, chicken and beef. I think it's because of tomato sauce. Usually tomato can be made mixing chicken/beef/pork stock.
