I see so many questions but I can't find the right answer to any of them... mufko authorities please explain us the right answer...

i know that, maximum korean food makeing used some alcohol ?

떡볶이 is usually cooked with 고추장, Korean chili sauce. 고추장 contains 주정 (alcohol) when getting fermentation. So I cannot say it is halal. In Korea, there is Halal certified 고추장,that is sold in 옹고집 so if you make it by yourself,using it, it will be good
