the restaurant is in Iteawon and it has a Halal sign but I didn't find it in the list here. 
1.should I still trust it?
2.are there many Halal restaurant of different categories that are still not added to the app? 
3. who made the app? and who can add the to the list?

they are probably self certified halal meaning that they are most probably owned by muslim people. the restaurant is safe
