there is an app also but it is only in korean of you know korean it is good. but as one friend said go to the 부동산 but it costs 50000 won. and also if you see in front of apartments. it writers 입대 and it means renting so if you call them you can connect apartment owner directly and you will talk with them and it will be cheaper as well

Directly contact home owner is better if they speaks English.
