assalamu'alaikum.. today I got my quarantine food but I don't know what kind of food is it? I got doubt. its appearance looks like meat but the taste is sweet like fried tofu+ketchup. it is chewy. could someone help me to explain what food is it? is it halal food? thank you in advance

this food from one of quarantine place in daegu, south korea. I have request meal with halal food and this box label is halal.. hmm, but I just wondering this menu. have you ever see or taste this food?
