Ingredient
I have had these ramen before but they had a halaal stamp. These are available in my local Korean supermarket. But no halaal stamp. Are all samyang products halal?

The local Samyang and almost all of local korean instant noodles are not halal or safe for muslims. The halal version is only available for exported products with the halal logo on it. As far as I know, the halal version use different manufacture and ingredients. While for the local korean products, they use the same manufacturer that commonly use non halal meat and pork for their products.
