Is oligosaccharide syrup or oligodang syrup halal suitable? Similar to in picture. Does manufacturer matter?

These two syrups are halal. The main difference is the composition. 충정원 brand made from 100% corn starch. The one from 백설 contains 50% 물엿 (from corn starch) and 50% of fructo-oligosaccharides.
