유화제 (emulsifier)

***alamualai*** I read some ingredient in ice cream, beverage, other containing 유화제 (emulsifier). It can be made from soya/plant and animal. Is in the Korea emulsifier made from soya or animal? I see that many products in Mufko classified as safe to eat contain it. Thanks
