Seoul Central Mosque

Women prayer space is available. Unless for Covid situation it may temporarily closed but you can offer prayer if you ask them.

wa'alai***salam wr.wb. sister, last time I visit the mosque for dzuhur prayer, they let me to pray on the side building. They would close the main mosque when the prayer time was over. However, they will strictly close the mosque's gate when the maghrib prayer's over. Btw, I'm also a girl :)
