Please, I bought this chicken from a halal store in Itaewon and then I was surprised that it is not stamped with the halal seal, is it halal or not?

CP chicken imported from muslim country. So usually they don't use halal tag but they have halal certificate only. If you want to see the certificate you may ask to store owner.
But it is imported from Thailand

you should have asked the owner but like what this person said if its from a Muslim country you dont have to worry
I bought it and forgot to look at it. If I saw it, I wouldn't buy it. I thought that all sales were halal. Secondly, Thailand is not a Muslim country, not even Christian. No problem. I will throw it away because the shop is very far away. thank you so much
Don't throw it. it is HALAL. It is certified by CICOT (Central Islamic Council of Thailand) eventhough they don't have the halal logo. I've been eating chicken from CP.
