The sauce lists only 49.74% of the ingredients. The rest is probably water. You have to take a picture of the full ingredients, maybe provided on the back of the package (if any)? only the front one doesn't really helpful. Btw, did you buy this at CU?

As i know this is not halal, because at the same factory they also made a food products that containing pork etc. and normally they wrote the pork (in korea we write it as 돼지고기) as a possible ingredient in the product. hopes it can help you ☺️
